The founder of Neale Management Consultancies, Simon delivers over 13 years of recruitment leadership experience spanning Executive Search & Recruitment, Leadership Development across the Freight and Logistics, 3PL, E-commerce, Industry sectors. 

Operating from Dubai since 2016, he has built up a sizeable network and reputation for delivering high calibre profiles, that positively impact on a company's bottom line. 

Coming from a Freight and Logistics academic background, studying Maritime Business and Logistics in Plymouth, UK it was a natural move into the Freight Industry, having worked for some of the Largest, Global Freight companies including Kintetsu World Express and DSV in both operations and sales. 

With extensive recruitment focus on the Freight Market, means that Simon has a solid understanding of a company's aspirations and strategic direction within the competitive logistics marketplace.

Since 2019, Rav has worked as a consultant in the recruitment industry specializing in Supply chain and Freight Forwarding and now heads up the GCC region . 

With 10+ years in UAE, gained within the freight forwarding industry as a professional Business Development Manager, (Jas Forwarding, KWE, Samsung SDS and Gebruder Weiss), has given Rav a very solid understanding of the market throughout the GCC. 

Having worked for both Global 3PLs and SME’s, means Rav brings an extensive amount of knowledge from both the recruitment and freight industries and offers great consultancy service to our clients, which is second to none.

For over 10 years in Dubai, Joy has worked in the Freight Industry, specifically focusing on Business Development and Account Management. Having worked for both Global 3PL companies and Boutique SME Companies, including Jas Forwarding, DSV.

As a result, Joy is very well placed in understanding the commercial challenges of both a Client and a Salesperson, to offer sound guidance and advice. 

With her years of Freight Sales, she has the experience to dive deep into a sales candidate figures and achievements, to ensure the best possible fit for both client and candidate alike.

Taken on as a graduate 2018 , Marielle has built up over the years exceptional Freight understanding and developed one of the strongest Freight Networks in the region. 

Outstanding resourcing, with a clear understanding of all the functions for both operational, back office and commercial roles. 

Marielle’s calm, empathetic approach has gained her a strong reputation in the Freight Industry.

Charles has over 10 years resource and recruitment experience gained in UAE with strong background in IT Recruitment. 

As with many of our recruitment consultants, Charles also has previous Freight Forwarding Experience in India for a SME, covering both Import and Export operational and customer service.
